Make money submitting comic strip to mad magazine?

Is it possible to make money by submitting a comic strip to mad magazine? If not, where could I submit?|||so people dont read it? what is the magazine called?|||I once made a MAD fan art of Neuman as the thermometer boiling down to the new year, plus an idea for a MAD sketch called "MAD's(not so much a) Tribute to...", starting with the Power Ranger series, in honor of its return and new series on Nickelodeon.
