How can i get my hair like katie's in mad money?

i have hair about 3 inches past my shoulder with some layers in it


what can i do to get my hair like this?|||you could try getting a perm or buy some smaller sized curlers and put leave them in your hair for a bit.|||it is really easy to make your hair like that if you just like get it wet then scrunch it. after it is like half way dry blow dry it with a defuser|||I seen that movie last night..and that was the first thing I noticed. It was really cute. I would just blow dry your hair and put those Curlers from Conair in. They are pink and green and really cheap, but instead of you putting them in like regular curlers they go vertical so it leaves more to a curl then volume. Or if you have patience to curl each strand..let me warn you..that takes a long time... =).|||try using a curling iron.
